Our disability support workers are core to the work we do. Every day they support people with a range of complex conditions to achieve their goals and to live the life they want.
We value making a real difference to the lives of our clients. We are therefore looking to train and develop people who committed to quality support by putting our participants at the heart of everything they do.
Three of our Bendigo staff have taken the opportunity to further develop their knowledge by committing to a traineeship with The Support People. Milijana, Brydee and Andrew will be receiving on the job training as well as off the job training by completing a Certificate IV in Disability with our training partner TMG College.
We look forward to seeing our trainees flourish in their roles, and in their career with The Support People.
